Until now.

Until now.

Most schools bought VR headsets, but very few teachers used them in everyday lessons. Reframe changes that by making VR part of normal classroom instruction.

At Reframe, our mission is to build a future where classrooms aren’t defined by screens, but by shared experiences. We help teachers turn everyday lessons into shared experiences students can see, hear, and feel together—making learning more connected, active, and alive.

Most EdTech makes a simple promise:

Take what teachers already use and make it faster or more efficient.

I think that’s aiming too low.

I started Reframe because as an educator I was frustrated with what I couldn’t do for my students. The best learning moments—the ones that spark curiosity and wonder—don’t start with a worksheet or a video. They come from exploration, collaboration, and hands-on problem-solving.

That’s why Reframe isn’t here to optimize the old ways. We’re here to redefine what’s possible when classrooms aren’t constrained by screens, desks, or even walls.

Learning Beyond Screens

We know that task predicts performance. When students are limited to worksheets, PowerPoints, and passive videos, cognitive engagement suffers. But when they move, build, question, and create—together, in real time—learning becomes a joyful, rigorous journey of discovery.

Virtual reality took steps in this direction, but most educational VR applications of miss the point. VR teleports students into a digital world, stripping away their identity, community, and real-world context. That might work for gaming, but it fails to capture the social, relational essence of a classroom.

Reframe Changes That

Instead of replacing the classroom, we augment it.

With mixed reality, teachers turn their physical classroom into an interactive, 3D playground—placing virtual activities, labs, and objects around the room. Students explore and collaborate within their real-world environment.

And teachers? They stay in control. With a simple web platform (and sometimes a headset!), they design lessons, monitor progress, and group students dynamically.

It’s high-tech where it needs to be, invisible where it doesn’t.

Education, The Way It Should Be

Reframe brings students together in shared, immersive experiences, making learning natural and social—the way we know it works.

Because the future of education isn’t about putting more content on screens. It’s about breaking down the walls between the physical and digital worlds—helping students interact with ideas in ways that feel relevant, meaningful, and human.

I’m grateful to the students and educators who have helped shape this vision. Your belief in Reframe is why we exist.

Instead of thinking about how we change the classroom, let's focus on reframing it.

I started as an ESL teacher improving outcomes for multilingual learners, then led VR education strategy at Meta—deploying millions in investments and bringing immersive learning into hundreds of schools. After building and scaling products from pilot to acquisition, I'm now focused on solving the problem most others missed: making VR work in real classrooms.
